The Qur’an recognizing the Scriptures

This document has been the result of many months of studying the Qur’an or the Koran, the sacred book of the Muslim world, given by Muhammad to his people, in the form of Songs, poems and prayers. Written around 630 after Christ. After Muhammad died, his people wrote this verses not to forget the revelation of their prophet.

As you will see throughout this document, the Qur’an orders all Muslim believers, to read the Bible, to obey Jesus, and to believe in Him. Lifts Jesus as no man was ever lifted, in the eyes of any man and of Allah. Names Jesus as the Messiah, the messenger from Allah, the keeper of the Taurat and the Injeel (the Bible), the one that was with God when God created the world, and give Jesus many attributes that no one also ever got, recognizing that Jesus will be the judge in judgment day.

It shows how God has put a cover on the eyes of many people, that are trying to hide the Bible from the believers.

From the love of God and in the Name of Jesus, read it and be blessed, no one can hide the Scriptures.

We selected 3 different translations of the Qur’an from the Arabic language to English, to avoid comments relative to misunderstanding or wrong translations, these are the translations most accepted from the Koran (YUSUFALI, PICKTHAL, SHAKIR).

The Qur’an recognizing the Scriptures

QUR'AN CHAPTER 2 AL-BAQARA (THE COW) verse 285

YUSUFALI: The Messenger believeth in what hath been revealed to him from his Lord, as do the men of faith. Each one (of them) believeth in Allah, His angels, His books, and His messengers. "We make no distinction (they say) between one and another of His messengers." And they say: "We hear, and we obey: (We seek) Thy forgiveness, our Lord, and to Thee is the end of all journeys."
PICKTHAL: The messenger believeth in that which hath been revealed unto him from his Lord and (so do) believers. Each one believeth in Allah and His angels and His scriptures and His messengers - We make no distinction between any of His messengers - and they say: We hear, and we obey. (Grant us) Thy forgiveness, our Lord. Unto Thee is the journeying.
SHAKIR: The messenger believes in what has been revealed to him from his Lord, and (so do) the believers; they all believe in Allah and His angels and His books and His messengers; We make no difference between any of His messengers; and they say: We hear and obey, our Lord! Thy forgiveness (do we crave), and to Thee is the eventual course.

The Qur’an recognizes that, the ones who received the scriptures, Moses and the prophets, believe in Allah and instructs to believe their books, and accept their message without making any distinction.

As for this verse, the Bible prophets (the Torah and the Evangel) are of equal importance than all the Muslim prophets, and all their books, (the Torah and the Evangel)  need to be read and believed with no distinction, because they are messengers of Allah.

QUR'AN CHAPTER 16 AN-NAHL (THE BEE) verse 43

YUSUFALI: And before thee also the messengers We sent were but men, to whom We granted inspiration: if ye realise this not, ask of those who possess the Message.
PICKTHAL: And We sent not (as Our messengers) before thee other than men whom We inspired - Ask the followers of the Remembrance if ye know not! -
SHAKIR: And We did not send before you any but men to whom We sent revelation-- so ask the followers of the Reminder if you do not know—

The Qur’an talks about asking Israel’s prophets and the apostles of Jesus, to whom God gave the revelation,

The sons of Ishmael are requested to ask the people who received Moses’ law and the Evangel.

QUR'AN CHAPTER 3 AL-E-IMRAN (THE FAMILY OF 'IMRAN, THE HOUSE OF 'IMRAN) verse 186

YUSUFALI: Ye shall certainly be tried and tested in your possessions and in your personal selves; and ye shall certainly Hear much that will grieve you, from those who received the Book before you and from those who worship many gods. But if ye persevere patiently, and guard against evil,-then that will be a determining factor in all affairs.
PICKTHAL: Assuredly ye will be tried in your property and in your persons, and ye will hear much wrong from those who were given the Scripture before you, and from the idolaters. But if ye persevere and ward off (evil), then that is of the steadfast heart of things.
SHAKIR: You shall certainly be tried respecting your wealth and your souls, and you shall certainly hear from those who have been given the Book before you and from those who are polytheists much annoying talk; and if you are patient and guard (against evil), surely this is one of the affairs (which should be) determined upon.

QUR'AN CHAPTER 3 AL-E-IMRAN (THE FAMILY OF 'IMRAN, THE HOUSE OF 'IMRAN) verse 187
YUSUFALI:
And remember Allah took a covenant from the People of the Book, to make it known and clear to mankind, and not to hide it; but they threw it away behind their backs, and purchased with it some miserable gain! And vile was the bargain they made!
PICKTHAL: And (remember) when Allah laid a charge on those who had received the Scripture (He said): Ye are to expound it to mankind and not to hide it. But they flung it behind their backs and bought thereby a little gain. Verily evil is that which they have gained thereby.
SHAKIR: And when Allah made a covenant with those who were given the Book: You shall certainly make it known to men and you shall not hide it; but they cast it behind their backs and took a small price for it; so evil is that which they buy.

The Qur’an recognizes that the Scriptures (the Torah and the Evangel) shall not be hide from mankind, as the Jews did. the Muslim have the obligation to let the humanity know the bible, because if they hide it behind their back as the Jews did, they are buying evil.

As for these verses, all those who hide the Scriptures from mankind, are putting it away behind their backs and they are buying evil. All Muslim priests hide the Bible from the Muslim believers, are buying evil for themselves and Allah will condemn them for that in the judgment day, and the bible says that they will burn in fire for ever and ever. (Rev. 21:8, Rev. 22:19, Job. 6:10 27:11, Isa. 28:16, 17, Isa. 29:15).

************************************

QUR'AN CHAPTER 3 AL-E-IMRAN (THE FAMILY OF 'IMRAN, THE HOUSE OF 'IMRAN) 199

YUSUFALI: And there are, certainly, among the People of the Book, those who believe in Allah, in the revelation to you, and in the revelation to them, bowing in humility to Allah: They will not sell the Signs of Allah for a miserable gain! For them is a reward with their Lord, and Allah is swift in account.
PICKTHAL: And lo! of the People of the Scripture there are some who believe in Allah and that which is revealed unto you and that which was revealed unto them, humbling themselves before Allah. They purchase not a trifling gain at the price of the revelations of Allah. Verily their reward is with their Lord. Lo! Allah is swift to take account.
SHAKIR: And most surely of the followers of the Book there are those who believe in Allah and (in) that which has been revealed to you and (in) that which has been revealed to them, being lowly before Allah; they do not take a small price for the communications of Allah; these it is that have their reward with their Lord; surely Allah is quick in reckoning.

When the Qur’an talks about “the People of the Book”, or “the People of the Scriptures” it is talking about the people of the Bible, Jews and Christians. (The Torah and the Evangel), (the Taurat and the Injeel), the Bible.

QUR'AN CHAPTER 35 FATIR (THE ANGELS, ORIGNATOR) verse 25
YUSUFALI:
And if they reject thee, so did their predecessors, to whom came their messengers with Clear Signs, Books of dark prophecies, and the Book of Enlightenment.
PICKTHAL: And if they deny thee, those before them also denied. Their messengers came unto them with clear proofs (of Allah's Sovereignty), and with the Psalms and the Scripture giving light.
SHAKIR: And if they call you a liar, so did those before them indeed call (their messengers) liars; their messengers had come to them with clear arguments, and with scriptures, and with the illuminating book.

Notice, here the Qur’an recognizes that the Scriptures (the Bible) should not be rejected as the people of the past did, because the Bible brings light, and comes to us with clear proofs (of Allah's Sovereignty),

Do not reject the Bible as your predecessors did, you may be condemn by God for doing that. Allah (God) is opening the doors today, for all those Muslim that were going to Hell for hiding, and rejecting the Bible (the Word of God).

************************************

QUR'AN CHAPTER 35 FATIR (THE ANGELS, ORIGNATOR) verse 31
YUSUFALI: That which We have revealed to thee of the Book is the Truth,- confirming what was (revealed) before it: for Allah is assuredly- with respect to His Servants - well acquainted and Fully Observant.
PICKTHAL: As for that which We inspire in thee of the Scripture, it is the Truth confirming that which was (revealed) before it. Lo! Allah is indeed Observer, Seer of His slaves.
SHAKIR: And that which We have revealed to you of the Book, that is the truth verifying that which is before it; most surely with respect to His servants Allah is Aware, Seeing.

QUR'AN CHAPTER 35 FATIR (THE ANGELS, ORIGNATOR) verse  32
YUSUFALI:
Then We have given the Book for inheritance to such of Our Servants as We have chosen: but there are among them some who wrong their own souls; some who follow a middle course; and some who are, by Allah's leave, foremost in good deeds; that is the highest Grace.
PICKTHAL: Then We gave the Scripture as inheritance unto those whom We elected of Our bondmen. But of them are some who wrong themselves and of them are some who are lukewarm, and of them are some who outstrip (others) through good deeds, by Allah's leave. That is the great favour!
SHAKIR: Then We gave the Book for an inheritance to those whom We chose from among Our servants; but of them is he who makes his soul to suffer a loss, and of them is he who takes a middle course, and of them is he who is foremost in deeds of goodness by Allah's permission; this is the great excellence.

The book of Inheritance (the Bible) was given to those that God elected; be yourself one of those elected by God.

God knows all of His servants that He, Himself chose to give the Scriptures (the Bible) as inheritance; take that inheritance for yourself, and do not let anyone take it away from you. Do not follow a middle course, take the Bible complete.

QUR'AN CHAPTER 4 AN-NISA (WOMEN) verse 54

YUSUFALI: Or do they envy mankind for what Allah hath given them of his bounty? but We had already given the people of Abraham the Book and Wisdom, and conferred upon them a great kingdom.
PICKTHAL: Or are they jealous of mankind because of that which Allah of His bounty hath bestowed upon them? For We bestowed upon the house of Abraham (of old) the Scripture and wisdom, and We bestowed on them a mighty kingdom.
SHAKIR: Or do they envy the people for what Allah has given them of His grace? But indeed We have given to Ibrahim's children the Book and the wisdom, and We have given them a grand kingdom.

QUR'AN CHAPTER 4 AN-NISA (WOMEN) verse 55

YUSUFALI: Some of them believed, and some of them averted their faces from him: And enough is Hell for a burning fire.
PICKTHAL: And of them were (some) who believed therein and of them were (some) who turned away from it. Hell is sufficient for (their) burning.
SHAKIR: So of them is he who believes in him, and of them is he who turns away from him, and hell is sufficient to burn.

The Qur’an recognizes here that the Scripture and Wisdom (The Bible) was given to the family of Abraham including Israel, and those who do not believe in it will burn in Hell. You better believe it, because it is true.

If you some how believe that you are part of the family of Abraham, the Bible is for you. If you turn away from the Bible, you will go to Hell.

QUR'AN CHAPTER 4 AN-NISA (WOMEN) verse 123

YUSUFALI: Not your desires, nor those of the People of the Book (can prevail): whoever works evil, will be requited accordingly. Nor will he find, besides Allah, any protector or helper.
PICKTHAL: It will not be in accordance with your desires, nor the desires of the People of the Scripture. He who doeth wrong will have the recompense thereof, and will not find against Allah any protecting friend or helper.
SHAKIR: (This) shall not be in accordance with your vain desires nor in accordance with the vain desires of the followers of the Book; whoever does evil, he shall be requited with it, and besides Allah he will find for himself neither a guardian nor a helper.

It doesn’t matter which one is your religion, the reward for sin is death (Rom. 6:23). Thank God for the end of this Bible verse “but the gift of God is eternal life in Jesus Christ our Lord”.

QUR'AN CHAPTER 4 AN-NISA (WOMEN) verse 131

YUSUFALI: To Allah belong all things in the heavens and on earth. Verily we have directed the People of the Book before you, and you (o Muslims) to fear Allah. But if ye deny Him, lo! unto Allah belong all things in the heavens and on earth, and Allah is free of all wants, worthy of all praise.
PICKTHAL: Unto Allah belongeth whatsoever is in the heavens and whatsoever is in the earth. And We charged those who received the Scripture before you, and (We charge) you, that ye keep your duty toward Allah. And if ye disbelieve, lo! unto Allah belongeth whatsoever is in the heavens and whatsoever is in the earth, and Allah is ever Absolute, Owner of Praise.
SHAKIR: And whatever is in the heavens and whatever is in the earth is Allah's and certainly We enjoined those who were given the Book before you and (We enjoin) you too that you should be careful of (your duty to) Allah; and if you disbelieve, then surely whatever is in the heavens and whatever is in the earth is Allah's and Allah is Self-sufficient, Praise-worthy.

This references the Bible in Deut 10:14, 15. Psal. 24.1,2. More than 3000 years ago, more than 1500 years before Muhammad was born.

Deut 10:14 Behold, the heaven and the heaven of heavens is the Lord’s thy God, the earth also, with all that therein is.

Deut 10:15 Only the LORD had a delight in thy fathers to love them, and he chose their seed after them, even you above all people, as it is this day.

Psalm. 24.1The earth is the Lord’s, and the fullness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein.

Psalm. 24.2For he hath founded it upon the seas, and established it upon the floods.

QUR'AN CHAPTER 4 AN-NISA (WOMEN) verse 136

YUSUFALI: O ye who believe! Believe in Allah and His Messenger, and the scripture which He hath sent to His Messenger and the scripture which He sent to those before (him). Any who denieth Allah, His angels, His Books, His Messengers, and the Day of Judgment, hath gone far, far astray.
PICKTHAL: O ye who believe! Believe in Allah and His messenger and the Scripture which He hath revealed unto His messenger, and the Scripture which He revealed aforetime. Whoso disbelieveth in Allah and His angels and His scriptures and His messengers and the Last Day, he verily hath wandered far astray.
SHAKIR: O you who believe! believe in Allah and His Messenger and the Book which He has revealed to His Messenger and the Book which He revealed before; and whoever disbelieves in Allah and His angels and His messengers and the last day, he indeed strays off into a remote error.

The Muslim believers are requested to believe not only in the Qur’an, they have to believe in the old Scriptures (the Bible) as well, the one who does not believe in it he verily hath wandered far astray.

To be a good believer, you need to believe in the Bible, the same way you believe in the Qur’an. If you don’t, you will wander indeed stray off into a remote error.”

Note that here talks about the messengers, sent before Muhammad, meaning the Bible prophets, Jesus Christ, and the apostles of Jesus. The same way talks about the Scriptures sent before the Qur’an, the Bible (the Taurat and the Injeel)

QUR'AN CHAPTER 4 AN-NISA (WOMEN) verse 153

YUSUFALI: The people of the Book ask thee to cause a book to descend to them from heaven: Indeed they asked Moses for an even greater (miracle), for they said: "Show us Allah in public," but they were dazed for their presumption, with thunder and lightning. Yet they worshipped the calf even after clear signs had come to them; even so we forgave them; and gave Moses manifest proofs of authority.
PICKTHAL: The people of the Scripture ask of thee that thou shouldst cause an (actual) Book to descend upon them from heaven. They asked a greater thing of Moses aforetime, for they said: Show us Allah plainly. The storm of lightning seized them for their wickedness. Then (even) after that) they chose the calf (for worship) after clear proofs (of Allah's Sovereignty) had come unto them. And We forgave them that! And We bestowed on Moses evident authority.
SHAKIR: The followers of the Book ask you to bring down to them a book from heaven; so indeed they demanded of Musa a greater thing than that, for they said: Show us Allah manifestly; so the lightning overtook them on account of their injustice. Then they took the calf (for a god), after clear signs had come to them, but We pardoned this; and We gave to Musa clear authority.

QUR'AN CHAPTER 4 AN-NISA (WOMEN) verse 154

YUSUFALI: And for their covenant we raised over them (the towering height) of Mount (Sinai); and (on another occasion) we said: "Enter the gate with humility"; and (once again) we commanded them: "Transgress not in the matter of the sabbath." And we took from them a solemn covenant.
PICKTHAL: And We caused the Mount to tower above them at (the taking of) their covenant: and We bade them: Enter the gate, prostrate! and We bode them: Transgress not the Sabbath! and We took from them a firm covenant.
SHAKIR: And We lifted the mountain (Sainai) over them at (the li taking of the covenant) and We said to them: Enter the door making obeisance; and We said to them: Do not exceed the limits of the Sabbath, and We made with them a firm covenant.

Moses did give them the scriptures from heaven, (the law of Moses)

This has few references to the Bible:

1.- Exo. 32:21…35 When some of the Israelites made a Calf idol, and 3000 idolaters died that day.

2.- Num 15:38…16:50 When Core, Datan and Abiram did not want to listen to Moses, and the earth opened and swallowed them, their families, and their houses, then,  fire came from the presence of God, and burned the 250 revels that did not want to obey Moses, and then God killed with instant death 14300 people, from those who accused Moses for what God did that day
Do not fight against Moses and what God gave you through Him (the Scriptures), because those 2 references are set as an example to those who reject the Scripture (the Bible).

This references as well Gen 19:1… when God burned with fire Sodom and Gomorrah because of their sexual sins and immorality. About 500 years before Moses was born.

QUR'AN CHAPTER 54 AL-QAMAR (THE MOON) verse 49

YUSUFALI: Verily, all things have We created in proportion and measure.
PICKTHAL: Lo! We have created every thing by measure.
SHAKIR: Surely We have created everything according to a measure.

QUR'AN CHAPTER 54 AL-QAMAR (THE MOON) verse 50

YUSUFALI: And Our Command is but a single (Act),- like the twinkling of an eye.
PICKTHAL: And Our commandment is but one (commandment), as the twinkling of an eye.
SHAKIR: And Our command is but one, as the twinkling of an eye.

QUR'AN CHAPTER 54 AL-QAMAR (THE MOON) verse 51

YUSUFALI: And (oft) in the past, have We destroyed gangs like unto you: then is there any that will receive admonition?
PICKTHAL: And verily We have destroyed your fellows; but is there any that remembereth?
SHAKIR: And certainly We have already destroyed the likes of you, but is there anyone who will mind?

QUR'AN CHAPTER 54 AL-QAMAR (THE MOON) verse 52

YUSUFALI: All that they do is noted in (their) Books (of Deeds):
PICKTHAL: And every thing they did is in the scriptures,
SHAKIR: And everything they have done is in the writings.

This is referencing the Bible, when it talks about the judgment day, in Daniel and Revelation.

Dan. 7:9 I beheld till the thrones were cast down, and the Ancient of days did sit, whose garment was white as snow, and the hair of his head like the pure wool: his throne was like the fiery flame, and his wheels as burning fire.
Dan. 7:10 A fiery stream issued and came forth from before him: thousand thousands ministered unto him, and ten thousand times ten thousand stood before him: the judgment was set, and the books were opened.
Dan. 7:11 I beheld then because of the voice of the great words which the horn spoke: I beheld even till the beast was slain, and his body destroyed, and given to the burning flame.

Rev. 20:12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.
Rev. 20:13 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works.

This also references the way God created everything that exists.

The Scriptures say in John 1:1…14 that Jesus is the Word of God, and God created everything through Jesus.

The scriptures also say in Hebrews 1:1…6 that Jesus is the Word of God to create and is the word of God to talk to us, every Muslim should listen to the Word of God, I mean the words and teachings of Jesus Christ.

Everything that God has made is writing in the Scriptures “the Bible” (the Torah and the Injeel). Read them and get informed.

QUR'AN CHAPTER 5 AL-MAEDA (THE TABLE, THE TABLE SPREAD) verse 43

YUSUFALI: But why do they come to thee for decision, when they have (their own) law before them?- therein is the (plain) command of Allah; yet even after that, they would turn away. For they are not (really) People of Faith.
PICKTHAL: How come they unto thee for judgment when they have the Torah, wherein Allah hath delivered judgment (for them)? Yet even after that they turn away. Such (folk) are not believers.
SHAKIR: And how do they make you a judge and they have the Taurat wherein is Allah's judgment? Yet they turn back after that, and these are not the believers.

The Qur’an recognizes here that the Torah is the plain command of Allah. The Torah (the books of Moses) contains Allah’s judgment, and the ones who turn away from it “are not really people of Faith”.

If you want to know what is Allah’s decision, you should read the Scriptures.

QUR'AN CHAPTER 5 AL-MAEDA (THE TABLE, THE TABLE SPREAD) verse 46

YUSUFALI: And in their footsteps We sent Jesus the son of Mary, confirming the Law that had come before him: We sent him the Gospel: therein was guidance and light, and confirmation of the Law that had come before him: a guidance and an admonition to those who fear Allah.
PICKTHAL: And We caused Jesus, son of Mary, to follow in their footsteps, confirming that which was (revealed) before him in the Torah, and We bestowed on him the Gospel wherein is guidance and a light, confirming that which was (revealed) before it in the Torah - a guidance and an admonition unto those who ward off (evil).
SHAKIR: And We sent after them in their footsteps Isa, son of Marium, verifying what was before him of the Taurat and We gave him the Injeel in which was guidance and light, and verifying what was before it of Taurat and a guidance and an admonition for those who guard (against evil).

QUR'AN CHAPTER 5 AL-MAEDA (THE TABLE, THE TABLE SPREAD) verse 47

YUSUFALI: Let the people of the Gospel judge by what Allah hath revealed therein. If any do fail to judge by (the light of) what Allah hath revealed, they are (no better than) those who rebel.
PICKTHAL: Let the People of the Gospel judge by that which Allah hath revealed therein. Whoso judgeth not by that which Allah hath revealed: such are evil-livers.
SHAKIR: And the followers of the Injeel should have judged by what Allah revealed in it; and whoever did not judge by what Allah revealed, those are they that are the transgressors.

This verse recognizes that Jesus came as a confirmation of the Law that was given before Him.

Note as well that the Evangel  of Jesus Christ (Injeel, The new testament), was given from Allah, as a confirmation of the Law that was given before Him.

The Gospel of Jesus Christ (The new testament), was given from Allah, as a guidance and light to the believers.

The Injeel (the Evangel or the New Testament) was given by Allah, as a confirmation of the Torah, and as a guidance and an admonition for those who guard (against evil)”.

The people of the Gospel (Jesus’ followers)  judge according to the Evangel of Jesus Christ (what Allah has revealed therein). You can be one of them.

The transgressors are whoever did not judge by what Allah revealed in the Injeel (the new testament of the Bible).

The Injeel (evangel) is guidance and admonition  to those who ward against evil.

QUR'AN CHAPTER 5 AL-MAEDA (THE TABLE, THE TABLE SPREAD) verse 66

YUSUFALI: If only they had stood fast by the Law, the Gospel, and all the revelation that was sent to them from their Lord, they would have enjoyed happiness from every side. There is from among them a party on the right course: but many of them follow a course that is evil.
PICKTHAL: If they had observed the Torah and the Gospel and that which was revealed unto them from their Lord, they would surely have been nourished from above them and from beneath their feet. Among them there are people who are moderate, but many of them are of evil conduct.
SHAKIR: And if they had kept up the Taurat and the Injeel and that which was revealed to them from their Lord, they would certainly have eaten from above them and from beneath their feet there is a party of them keeping to the moderate course, and (as for) most of them, evil is that which they do

Those who keep up with the Bible (The Taurat and the Injeel) will enjoy the happiness of heaven and earth

To have the Happiness of heaven and earth (above and beneath) you need to stand by the Bible (the Law and the Gospel).

Observe the Torah and the Gospel (the Bible) that was a revelation sent by your Lord, and you will enjoy the heaven and the earth.

Don't do like many others do, observe the Taurat and the Injeel (the Bible).

************************************

QUR'AN CHAPTER 5 AL-MAEDA (THE TABLE, THE TABLE SPREAD) verse 68

YUSUFALI: Say: "O People of the Book! ye have no ground to stand upon unless ye stand fast by the Law, the Gospel, and all the revelation that has come to you from your Lord." It is the revelation that cometh to thee from thy Lord, that increaseth in most of them their obstinate rebellion and blasphemy. But sorrow thou not over (these) people without Faith.
PICKTHAL: Say O People of the Scripture! Ye have naught (of guidance) till ye observe the Torah and the Gospel and that which was revealed unto you from your Lord. That which is revealed unto thee (Muhammad) from thy Lord is certain to increase the contumacy and disbelief of many of them. But grieve not for the disbelieving folk.
SHAKIR: Say: O followers of the Book! you follow no good till you keep up the Taurat and the Injeel and that which is revealed to you from your Lord; and surely that which has been revealed to you from your Lord shall make many of them increase in inordinacy and unbelief; grieve not therefore for the unbelieving people.

QUR'AN CHAPTER 5 AL-MAEDA (THE TABLE, THE TABLE SPREAD) verse 69

YUSUFALI: Those who believe (in the Qur'an), those who follow the Jewish (scriptures), and the Sabians and the Christians,- any who believe in Allah and the Last Day, and work righteousness,- on them shall be no fear, nor shall they grieve.
PICKTHAL: Lo! those who believe, and those who are Jews, and Sabaeans, and Christians - Whosoever believeth in Allah and the Last Day and doeth right - there shall no fear come upon them neither shall they grieve.
SHAKIR: Surely those who believe and those who are Jews and the Sabians and the Christians whoever believes in Allah and the last day and does good-- they shall have no fear nor shall they grieve.

The ones who do not observe the Bible follow no good.

Ye have naught (of guidance) till ye observe the Torah and the Gospel (The Bible)

You have not ground to stand upon unless you stand by the Bible (the Law, the Gospel and the Revelation), that has come from your God (your Lord).

The Bible has come from Allah, “the Law, the Gospel and the revelation has come from your Lord (your God)”. Believe in it.

The Qur’an talks good about the true Christians, and confirms that in the last day, or in judgment day they have nothing to fear, and they will not be sad.

If you became a true Christian, when the Messiah comes back and on the judgment day, you will have nothing to fear, and there will be no reason for you to be sad.

QUR'AN CHAPTER 5 AL-MAEDA (THE TABLE, THE TABLE SPREAD) verse 110

YUSUFALI: Then will Allah say: "O Jesus the son of Mary! Recount My favour to thee and to thy mother. Behold! I strengthened thee with the holy spirit, so that thou didst speak to the people in childhood and in maturity. Behold! I taught thee the Book and Wisdom, the Law and the Gospel and behold! thou makest out of clay, as it were, the figure of a bird, by My leave, and thou breathest into it and it becometh a bird by My leave, and thou healest those born blind, and the lepers, by My leave. And behold! thou bringest forth the dead by My leave. And behold! I did restrain the Children of Israel from (violence to) thee when thou didst show them the clear Signs, and the unbelievers among them said: 'This is nothing but evident magic.'
PICKTHAL: When Allah saith: O Jesus, son of Mary! Remember My favour unto thee and unto thy mother; how I strengthened thee with the holy Spirit, so that thou spakest unto mankind in the cradle as in maturity; and how I taught thee the Scripture and Wisdom and the Torah and the Gospel; and how thou didst shape of clay as it were the likeness of a bird by My permission, and didst blow upon it and it was a bird by My permission, and thou didst heal him who was born blind and the leper by My permission; and how thou didst raise the dead by My permission; and how I restrained the Children of Israel from (harming) thee when thou camest unto them with clear proofs, and those of them who disbelieved exclaimed: This is naught else than mere magic;
SHAKIR: When Allah will say: O Isa son of Marium! Remember My favor on you and on your mother, when I strengthened you I with the holy Spirit, you spoke to the people in the cradle and I when of old age, and when I taught you the Book and the wisdom and the Taurat and the Injeel; and when you determined out of clay a thing like the form of a bird by My permission, then you breathed into it and it became a bird by My permission, and you healed the blind and the leprous by My permission; and when you brought forth the dead by My permission; and when I withheld the children of Israel from you when you came to them with clear arguments, but those who disbelieved among them said: This is nothing but clear enchantment.

QUR'AN CHAPTER 5 AL-MAEDA (THE TABLE, THE TABLE SPREAD) verse 111

YUSUFALI: "And behold! I inspired the disciples to have faith in Me and Mine Messenger: they said, 'We have faith, and do thou bear witness that we bow to Allah as Muslims'".
PICKTHAL: And when I inspired the disciples, (saying): Believe in Me and in My messenger, they said: We believe. Bear witness that we have surrendered (unto Thee) "we are muslims".
SHAKIR: And when I revealed to the disciples, saying, Believe in Me and My messenger, they said: We believe and bear witness that we submit (ourselves).

The Qur’an recognizes that Jesus was strengthened with the Holy Spirit, recognizing the existence of the Holy Spirit.

The Qur’an recognizes that Jesus has authority over creation, and that Jesus was present during the creation, giving Jesus existence before coming to the Earth. When he was the Word of God (AL-CAMAR 52) at the time God was working in the creation, Jesus was there.

As of these verses Jesus has pre-existence before the existence of man on earth. When God was making the birds, Jesus was there, before man was made.

It also refers to the miracles of Jesus that are related in the Evangels (Ingeel  of Mathew, Mark, Luke and John)

Another important aspect of the verses is that God inspired the disciples to believe in Jesus and in God. And they believed. The Injeel says in John 1:1…14 that Jesus was present in the creation of all things, and God didn’t make anything without Jesus. The Injeel also says that God made the whole world through Jesus, and God talked to us through Jesus, so we should listen to Him, and to what He has to say to us in the Injeel. Every good Muslim should read the Injeel of Jesus Christ (the new testament of the Bible) and listen to what Jesus has to say.

If Allah inspired the apostles to believe in Jesus, at the moment you start believing in Jesus you do it just because Allah has inspired you.

Only those inspired by Allah can believe in Jesus Christ. If you believe in Jesus it is because Allah revealed himself to you, the same way God did with the disciples of Jesus Christ.

As a good Muslin you should seek Allah’s inspiration and revelation, so you can believe in Jesus the Messiah AL-E-IMRAN 45, Jesus is the only Messiah in the Qur’an.

The non believers accused Jesus of using magic, but Jesus did all because he received the Holy Spirit from Allah.

Allah commanded saying, Believe in Me and My messenger”, believe in Allah and in his messenger, Jesus, the Christ (Messiah).

QUR'AN CHAPTER 3 AL-E-IMRAN (THE FAMILY OF 'IMRAN, THE HOUSE OF 'IMRAN) verse 45

YUSUFALI: Behold! the angels said: "O Mary! Allah giveth thee glad tidings of a Word from Him: his name will be Christ Jesus, the son of Mary, held in honour in this world and the Hereafter and of (the company of) those nearest to Allah;
PICKTHAL: (And remember) when the angels said: O Mary! Lo! Allah giveth thee glad tidings of a word from him, whose name is the Messiah, Jesus, son of Mary, illustrious in the world and the Hereafter, and one of those brought near (unto Allah).
SHAKIR: When the angels said: O Marium, surely Allah gives you good news with a Word from Him (of one) whose name is the '. Messiah, Isa son of Marium, worthy of regard in this world and the hereafter and of those who are made near (to Allah).

QUR'AN CHAPTER 3 AL-E-IMRAN (THE FAMILY OF 'IMRAN, THE HOUSE OF 'IMRAN) verse 46

YUSUFALI: "He shall speak to the people in childhood and in maturity. And he shall be (of the company) of the righteous."
PICKTHAL: He will speak unto mankind in his cradle and in his manhood, and he is of the righteous.
SHAKIR: And he shall speak to the people when in the cradle and when of old age, and (he shall be) one of the good ones.

The Qur’an only recognizes Jesus as the Messiah, there is no other Messiah in the Qur’an, no other man on earth can hold that name. In the Qur’an and in the Bible Jesus is the only Messiah, He is the only Christ. There is no other Christ, there is no other named by Allah by this name. The Qur’an recognizes that Jesus was there in the creation of the world. AL-MAEDA 111,  now here names him the Messiah, and the Christ.

Jesus was sent by Allah, to speak to mankind. If you are part of the mankind, Allah sent Jesus to speak to you. Jesus has a lot to say in the Injeel. (The Evangel on Jesus Christ, the new testament of the Bible)

If you do not let Jesus speak to you, you are not under Allah’s perfect will.

QUR'AN CHAPTER 3 AL-E-IMRAN (THE FAMILY OF 'IMRAN, THE HOUSE OF 'IMRAN) verse 47

YUSUFALI: She said: "O my Lord! How shall I have a son when no man hath touched me?" He said: "Even so: Allah createth what He willeth: When He hath decreed a plan, He but saith to it, 'Be,' and it is!
PICKTHAL: She said: My Lord! How can I have a child when no mortal hath touched me? He said: So (it will be). Allah createth what He will. If He decreeth a thing, He saith unto it only: Be! and it is.
SHAKIR: She said: My Lord! when shall there be a son (born) to I me, and man has not touched me? He said: Even so, Allah creates what He pleases; when He has decreed a matter, He only says to it, Be, and it is.

QUR'AN CHAPTER 3 AL-E-IMRAN (THE FAMILY OF 'IMRAN, THE HOUSE OF 'IMRAN) verse 48

YUSUFALI: "And Allah will teach him the Book and Wisdom, the Law and the Gospel,
PICKTHAL: And He will teach him the Scripture and wisdom, and the Torah and the Gospel,
SHAKIR: And He will teach him the Book and the wisdom and the Tavrat and the Injeel.

Here the Qur’an teaches us that Jesus was born from a Virgin (Mary or Marium), Jesus is the only one born from a Virgin.

No one also in the Qur’an was born from a virgin and no one will be, Jesus is the only one born from direct intervention of Allah, with an specific purpose.

Jesus knows, by direct revelation of Allah, all of Allah’s will, as of this verse, using all the translations we have: the Scripture, the Book, the Law, the Gospel or the Injeel, the Torah or Taurat, the Wisdom of Allah. Jesus has a lot to bring us from God, it is writing in the Injeel or the New Testament of Jesus Christ in the Bible.

QUR'AN CHAPTER 3 AL-E-IMRAN (THE FAMILY OF 'IMRAN, THE HOUSE OF 'IMRAN) verse 49

YUSUFALI: "And (appoint him) a messenger to the Children of Israel, (with this message): "'I have come to you, with a Sign from your Lord, in that I make for you out of clay, as it were, the figure of a bird, and breathe into it, and it becomes a bird by Allah's leave: And I heal those born blind, and the lepers, and I quicken the dead, by Allah's leave; and I declare to you what ye eat, and what ye store in your houses. Surely therein is a Sign for you if ye did believe;
PICKTHAL: And will make him a messenger unto the Children of Israel, (saying): Lo! I come unto you with a sign from your Lord. Lo! I fashion for you out of clay the likeness of a bird, and I breathe into it and it is a bird, by Allah's leave. I heal him who was born blind, and the leper, and I raise the dead, by Allah's leave. And I announce unto you what ye eat and what ye store up in your houses. Lo! herein verily is a portent for you, if ye are to be believers.
SHAKIR: And (make him) a messenger to the children of Israel: That I have come to you with a sign from your Lord, that I determine for you out of dust like the form of a bird, then I breathe into it and it becomes a bird with Allah's permission and I heal the blind and the leprous, and bring the dead to life with Allah's permission and I inform you of what you should eat and what you should store in your houses; most surely there is a sign in this for you, if you are believers.

In this verse the Qur’an teaches that Jesus created man from the dust of the earth. The Bible also says that Jesus created all thing and without Him nothing was created.

This verse also teaches that Jesus has the power to heal the blind, clean the leprous, and resurrect the dead. The Bible also teaches the same thing. The Bible also teaches that Jesus can cure the spiritually blind (he can help you see God). He can clean the spiritual leprous He is the one that can clean our sins with his blood in the cross. He can resurrect the dead; when he (The Messiah) comes back, at His voice, all those who believe in him will resurrect.

Something for Muslim to think about: If Jesus created man from the dust of the earth, when Jesus was creating man was himself a man?, if he was a man, than, how is that was creating man and the birds, that were created before man?

QUR'AN CHAPTER 3 AL-E-IMRAN (THE FAMILY OF 'IMRAN, THE HOUSE OF 'IMRAN) verse 50

YUSUFALI: "'(I have come to you), to attest the Law which was before me. And to make lawful to you part of what was (Before) forbidden to you; I have come to you with a Sign from your Lord. So fear Allah, and obey me.
PICKTHAL: And (I come) confirming that which was before me of the Torah, and to make lawful some of that which was forbidden unto you. I come unto you with a sign from your Lord, so keep your duty to Allah and obey me.
SHAKIR: And a verifier of that which is before me of the Taurat and that I may allow you part of that which has been forbidden t you, and I have come to you with a sign from your Lord therefore be careful of (your duty to) Allah and obey me.

As for this verse Jesus came with this message “Fear Allah and obey me”

This message is not of Himself, this message came from Allah, and the message has not change. Jesus continues saying the message today  “Fear Allah and obey me”  and those who fear Allah follow this. Jesus words and commandments are in the Injeel (the new testament) in the Bible.

Jesus came confirming the Law that was before Him, and those who fear Allah obey Jesus, He came to confirm the Taurat.

QUR'AN CHAPTER 3 AL-E-IMRAN (THE FAMILY OF 'IMRAN, THE HOUSE OF 'IMRAN) verse 93

YUSUFALI: All food was lawful to the Children of Israel, except what Israel Made unlawful for itself, before the Law (of Moses) was revealed. Say: "Bring ye the Law and study it, if ye be men of truth."
PICKTHAL: All food was lawful unto the Children of Israel, save that which Israel forbade himself, (in days) before the Torah was revealed. Say: Produce the Torah and read it (unto us) if ye are truthful.
SHAKIR: All food was lawful to the children of Israel except that which Israel had forbidden to himself, before the Taurat was revealed. Say: Bring then the Taurat and read it, if you are truthful.

QUR'AN CHAPTER 3 AL-E-IMRAN (THE FAMILY OF 'IMRAN, THE HOUSE OF 'IMRAN) verse 94

YUSUFALI: If any, after this, invent a lie and attribute it to Allah, they are indeed unjust wrong-doers.
PICKTHAL: And whoever shall invent a falsehood after that concerning Allah, such will be wrong-doers.
SHAKIR: Then whoever fabricates a lie against Allah after this, these it is that are the unjust.

This verses reference Acts 10:11…16, Col. 2:16…17, Heb. 9:9…14 Gen. 9:1… Acts 15 1:… in the Injeel, written 500 years before Muhammad.

The Injeel also says that Jesus came confirming the Law before Him, and in compliance with the Law.

QUR'AN CHAPTER 61 AS-SAFF (THE RANKS, BATTLE ARRAY) verse 14

YUSUFALI: O ye who believe! Be ye helpers of Allah: As said Jesus the son of Mary to the Disciples, "Who will be my helpers to (the work of) Allah?" Said the disciples, "We are Allah's helpers!" then a portion of the Children of Israel believed, and a portion disbelieved: But We gave power to those who believed, against their enemies, and they became the ones that prevailed.
PICKTHAL: O ye who believe! Be Allah's helpers, even as Jesus son of Mary said unto the disciples: Who are my helpers for Allah? They said: We are Allah's helpers. And a party of the Children of Israel believed, while a party disbelieved. Then We strengthened those who believed against their foe, and they became the uppermost.
SHAKIR: O you who believe! be helpers (in the cause) of Allah, as~ Isa son of Marium said to (his) disciples: Who are my helpers in the cause of Allah? The disciples said: We are helpers (in the cause) of Allah. So a party of the children of Israel believed and another party disbelieved; then We aided those who believed against their enemy, and they became uppermost.

From all those that heard Jesus, the ones who believe in Jesus are the ones who became the uppermost.

When Jesus calls for Allah’s helpers, those that believe in Jesus, receive the power against their enemies, and they are the ones that prevail against their enemies. Come to Jesus and you can be one of them.

The helpers of Allah, and the helpers in the cause of Allah, believe in Jesus and prevail against their enemies.

QUR'AN CHAPTER 9 AL-TAWBA (REPENTANCE, DISPENSATION) 111

YUSUFALI: Allah hath purchased of the believers their persons and their goods; for theirs (in return) is the garden (of Paradise): they fight in His cause, and slay and are slain: a promise binding on Him in truth, through the Law, the Gospel, and the Qur'an: and who is more faithful to his covenant than Allah? then rejoice in the bargain which ye have concluded: that is the achievement supreme.
PICKTHAL: Lo! Allah hath bought from the believers their lives and their wealth because the Garden will be theirs: they shall fight in the way of Allah and shall slay and be slain. It is a promise which is binding on Him in the Torah and the Gospel and the Qur'an. Who fulfilleth His covenant better than Allah? Rejoice then in your bargain that ye have made, for that is the supreme triumph.
SHAKIR: Surely Allah has bought of the believers their persons and their property for this, that they shall have the garden; they fight in Allah's way, so they slay and are slain; a promise which is binding on Him in the Taurat and the Injeel and the Quran; and who is more faithful to his covenant than Allah? Rejoice therefore in the pledge which you have made; and that is the mighty achievement.

This is one of the verses that the Muslim suicides use to promote the holy wars, and to commit suicide in the name of Allah, making them believe that when they die, they will go to paradise,

This is a lie, the Torah and the Evangel, (the Bible). The Bible never says that.

The Bible says that God will fight for us, no that we will fight for God. God can defend us we are not to defend God, God will fight our wars.

The Christians do have a permanent war, but is not physical, and we do not use material weapons. The Christians have a spiritual war and we do use spiritual weapons, which are the Holy Spirit, The Bible, the Name of Jesus, the Blood of Jesus, his words and his commandments.

The bible (John 3:16), is a book of love.  The Qur’an is a book of war.

Muhammad had to write this, because he needed people to help him on the war he had at that time.

As for  the Bible in John 3:16, the Bible is a book of love,  God did not put man on earth for us to kill each other, but to love us one another, the book of God should never be, and was never intended to be a book of war. Jesus commanded us to love one another, to help one another, and to seek God together as one single body of believers that have no name, no religion, no color of skin, but love god with all of our heart, follow his Scriptures, and wait for the messiah to come back, so we can live with Him for ever and ever.

 ************************************

Few things to think about for all Muslim believers.

Jesus has the power to heal the blind, clean the leprous, and resurrect the dead. Jesus has the power and the authority to remove the darkness from our eyes, clean our souls, give us life in front of God today, and resurrect us when he comes back (the Messiah is coming back soon) and the Bible says that all those who believed in Him, whether they are dead or alive at that moment will resurrect and or be transformed immortal, and they will have nothing to fear.

If Jesus created man from the dust of the earth, when Jesus was creating man was he himself a man?

If Jesus was a man when God was creating man, how is that he was creating man and the birds, before man ever existed?

How is it that Jesus Christ has all these attributes, in the Torah, in the Injeel, and in the Qur’an: He is the Messiah, born from a virgin, He is the Messiah that will come back at the end of the times, He will be the judge in the final judgment, He was present when God was creating man, the birds,  the world, He has the authority to resurrect the dead, and he is still a man?

Whether you are a true Muslim or not ; God loves you and wants to save your soul, Jesus is calling at the door of your heart, He died for you, He is the perfect sacrifice, no other sacrifice is required, if you accept Jesus as your personal savior and accept his sacrifice in the cross for you; God will forgive your sins, and your name will be written in the book of life, and in the judgment day, your name will be there, you will not end up in Hell, and you will have nothing to fear.

The Injeel says that the only punishment for breaking God's law is dead and burning in Hell for eternity. Rom. 6:23. It also says that someone also can pay with their blood or with a sacrifice the the sin of a man, and that is way in the past, believers used to offer sacrifices of lambs and cows to gain forgiveness from God. The sacrifices became a routine that no longer pleased God, because rich people could offer better sacrifices than the poor people. Than God, Because of his wonderful love for us, He provided one single sacrifice for all those that can accept it, and want it to receive the forgiveness from God. This single sacrifice is called the Lamb of God; Jesus Christ the Messiah.

Jesus came to fulfill the Law, to live in compliance with the Law, He came as a confirmation of the Law that was given before Him, We Humans did not understand His purposes and killed Jesus, He was innocent, and we killed Him, When Jesus died, He died according to the scriptures as the lamb of sacrifice (innocent blood poured). This sacrifice was accepted by God, and everyone that receives  this sacrifice, and gets covered with His blood, can restore his/her relationship with God.

Today there is no other sacrifice that God accepts for the forgiveness of the sin, only the blood of the Lamb, Jesus the Messiah, can clean our sins and bring us back to God; that is why the Injeel says that Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life and no one can come back to God without Jesus. (John 14:2...6, John 3:16)

I am willing to talk about the Qur’an, or Koran with you, and help you come to Jesus.

I recommend you to go to a Christian church, those that follow God by the Bible, (Pentecostal, Baptist, Church of God, Assemblies of God, Missionary Church, or a similar one).

My heart will rejoice very much on that day, when the trumpet sounds, the day when the Messiah will come back, and because of this document, you read his Scriptures, and gave your life to Him and are saved by His Word.

I am only a messenger from God, I love you in the Name of Jesus Christ the Messiah. The main purpose of this document is to encourage you to read the Bible, that the Quran (Qur’an or Koran) orders you to read, but the Muslim priests and mullahs tell you not to do it because they are afraid to loose you from their power and control.

Jesus Loves you and have wonderful things waiting for you, if you open the door of your heart to Him.

If you do open your heart to Jesus, say this prayer now with all of your heart.

**************************

Dear God, I thank you so much for your love for me, I do not deserve it.

God, I recognize that I am a sinner, and that I offend you many times. Please God forgive me, I thank you very much for sending Jesus Christ the Messiah, to die for me in the cross, I accept his death as the perfect sacrifice to clean me from my sins, and covered by his blood, I come to you my God my Lord, receive me in your hands, help me read and understand your Word, the Bible. Change my life forever and make me a new born in Jesus Christ.

I thank you Lord my God, for the peace you are giving me into my heart, In the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, the Messiah, AMEN.

 **************************

If you did say this prayer, and feel that God has done something beautiful inside of you right now. Read the Bible and look for a Christian church close to your home. If there is more than one that you can chose, select one of these ones.  (Pentecostal, Baptist, Church of God, Assemblies of God, Missionary Church, a church of the 4 evangels or a similar one).
